❌ Returns not accepted for personalized products

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged , except in the event of an error on our part or an obvious defect.

As each creation is made to order and made to measure, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

✅ In case of error or defect

If you receive an item:

• defective,

• damaged,

• or not corresponding to your order,

→ Please contact us within 7 days of receipt, with supporting photos.
We will find the best solution together (replacement or refund depending on the case).

📦 Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless Atelier Damaka is responsible.
