All our orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in France and shipped as quickly as possible.

🚚 Shipping times

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days , excluding weekends and public holidays.
For personalized items, this period can be up to 7 working days , depending on the complexity and the period.

📮 Available shipping methods

📦 For France:

• Tracked letter (fine and light products, <100g) → €3.90

• Delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay) → €5.90

• Home delivery (Colissimo) → €8.50

• Free delivery for purchases over €60

🌍 For international:

• International tracked letter (small products only) → from €5.50*

• International shipping → price depending on destination and weight

• Cross-border delivery to collection points available for certain countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, etc.)

📦 Monitoring & accountability

All packages are shipped with a tracking number .
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, Atelier Damaka cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, or damage to the package. If you have any problems, we will assist you in dealing with the carrier.
